There is no restrictions on number of bookings but same time multiple bookings are not allowed

Caregiver can be contacted through our in-app feature of chat and video call.

You can give the feedback bout the service in the app

always take care of prompt service and even if caregiver didn’t show up an alternate will be provided in shortest time.

You can add any number of card details through your payment settings

Bookings will be notified through the mobile application

On can cancellation of service the amount will be refunded based on the refund policy

The amount automatically gets deducted from the account provided once the service start.

Siters

All individuals satisfying the provided conditions are eligible to register as a sitter

There is no restriction for number of hours in a day

The standard background check procedures will be followed.

There will be no charge for background check

The payment will be transferred to your account every Friday

Multiple bank account details can be registered 

No Tindav doesn’t provide any commutation facility and will be responsibility of sitter.
